Mission Statement
MAPSO Legends mission is to remember the members within our community that passed away. The goal is to bring our community closer together through sports and charitable work in remembrance of our fallen angels. We intend to do this through empowering our community members and it’s leaders of various organizations. We are committed to the motto “it takes a village”, therefore we are committed to coming together in every way possible. By keeping their memory alive, we ensure that our youth have a community, and something bigger than themselves, to be a part of.

What Inspired Me
I have lost far too many brothers and sisters to senseless violence and tragedies. The losses have inspired me to create MAPSO Legends to allow their legacy to live forever. As they say “ Those who do not remember the past are condemned to repeat it”. Our youth being killed comes at too high of a price tag, thus I have made the commitment to my community to no longer sit idle but rather take initiative and make change.
